GumbyOps is made by GumbyWorks, a product line of kadosh3, llc.

To delete your account from the app: open GumbyOps, go to the Me tab, tap Delete my account, and confirm with the sign-in code we send you. To ask us instead, email info@gumbyworks.com from the address or phone number on your account.

What's deleted right away: your sign-in, your name, phone number and email on your profile, your location points, and the app's notification tokens for your phone.

What your company keeps: your punches and time cards, photos, notes and messages stay with the company you worked for, shown as "Former user". Employers have to keep time records for payroll, so we can't delete them for you; ask your company if you have questions about them.

What's kept for a while: backups can hold deleted information for up to 14 days.

If you're your company's only Admin, make someone else an Admin first (in the console, under People), or email info@gumbyworks.com and we'll help.
