GumbyOps is provided by kadosh3, llc, doing business as GumbyWorks ("we"), to companies under a written agreement. If you use GumbyOps because a company invited you, as an employee or as one of its customers, these terms apply to your use.
1.
Your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Your company decides your role and can end your access.
2.
Use it for its purpose: recording work time, schedules, job photos and messages for your company's jobs. Don't try to reach information you weren't given access to, interfere with the service, or upload anything unlawful.
3.
Location. The app uses your location only while you're clocked in, as the privacy policy explains.
4.
Your content. Photos, notes and messages you add belong to your company's records. You confirm you're allowed to add them.
5.
Hours and payroll. GumbyOps records and totals time; your company checks hours before running payroll and remains responsible for pay.
6.
No warranty. GumbyOps is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but don't promise it will always be.
7.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using GumbyOps. Our responsibilities to your company are set by its agreement with us.
8.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
9.
Michigan law governs these terms.
